The Wraparound Facilitator is responsible for leading child and family Wraparound teams through the Wraparound planning process; using a fidelity-based model and adhering to the 10 principles of Wraparound.   

Family Peer Support Specialist is a parent/primary caregiver who has first-hand experience accessing behavioral health services for their children. This role walks hand-in-hand with parents/families who are beginning to navigate family services and offers support and understanding as someone who has been there, done that.

 

SALT (School to Adult Life Transition Series) for Montgomery, Greene & Warren Counties, 2019 and 2020 Schedule

S.A.L.T. – School-to-Adult Life Transition Series™ is a FREE monthly series developed to provide valuable information, along with resources and guidance, to families of children or students with developmental disabilities to help navigate the transition from school to adult life and beyond.

SALT TEENS (Students/Young Adults ages 14+) are also encouraged to attend their own series, which takes place at the same time as the parents’ series. Students will participate in fun interactive activities to help them prepare for the transition from school to adult life.
