Training

UCCEDD trains future professionals through interdisciplinary training programs and provides current professionals with continuing education. Training and continuing education prepare professionals with the knowledge and skills they need to provide: 1) evidence-based, family-centered, and culturally competent clinical services for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families and; 2) leadership in clinical services, research, policy and advocacy, and teaching.

UCCEDD Training

UCCEDD provides interdisciplinary and disciplinary clinical training to graduate students and post-doctoral students through practicum and specialized experiences in the Division of Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics.

Tobacco Cessation Program for People with Disabilities and their Caregivers – Cincinnati at LADD

Classes start July 10th (Mondays and Wednesdays) at LADD. Classes meet 2 times a week for 4 weeks.
Are you a person with a disability who smokes in the Cincinnati area who also has a caregiver who smokes? If you both want to quit, the LIFT program might be just what you need! We are looking for 2-person teams to participate in the LIFT tobacco cessation program. We are offering great incentives just for your participation. How does $200 sound?
